Terms of Service

These Terms govern your use of the Sprout Kids mobile app (the "App"). By installing or using the App you agree to these Terms.

The App is a children's learning experience. A portion of the content (~30%) is free; the remainder requires a paid subscription.

• The yearly subscription is sold through Apple App Store and Google Play.
• Payment is charged to your Apple ID or Google account at confirmation of purchase.
• 7-day free trial: cancel at least 24 hours before the trial ends to avoid being charged.
• Manage or cancel anytime from your App Store / Google Play account settings.
• Refunds follow Apple's and Google's respective policies.

A single purchase unlocks the App on the device that purchased it. You may transfer the unlock to a new device once every 90 days (e.g. when you replace a phone or tablet).

• The App may not run on rooted, jailbroken, or otherwise modified devices, for child-safety reasons.
• You agree not to reverse-engineer, redistribute, or resell the App or its content.
• License keys (where applicable) are non-transferable and tied to the device that redeemed them.

All artwork, audio, and educational content in the App is owned by Sprout Kids or its licensors and is provided for personal, non-commercial use within the App only.

The App is provided "as is." We make no warranty that it will be uninterrupted, error-free, or suitable for any particular learning outcome.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Sprout Kids is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from use of the App. Our total liability in any 12-month period is limited to the amount you paid for the subscription in that period.

We may update these Terms occasionally. Material changes will be highlighted in-app or at this URL with a new "Last updated" date. Continued use after a change constitutes acceptance.
